1 Bedroom Harbour Outlook
Our 1 Bedroom Harbour Outlook apartments have a separate bedroom with Queen bed or King Split beds (can be made into 2 x single beds), open plan lounge/dining area opening onto private balcony.
The apartments have a full kitchen including European appliances, full sized refrigerator, oven, hotplates, microwave, coffee machine, utensils, cutlery & crockery. They have full laundry facilities including washing machine and dryer. The living room has a dining table, lounge, flat screen TV. Some have an additional TV in the bedroom.
Undercover parking is free for the first car park when you book directly and $30 per night for the second parking space. There is also FREE Wi-Fi.
The rate is for 2 guests using existing bedding.
3rd guest can be accommodated on a roll-away bed for an additional $45 per night.
1 Bedroom Harbour View
We only have one of these and this apartment has spectacular 180 degree views of the city and the harbour. The apartment has a queen bed in the bedroom, a small separate study with a desk, separate bathroom with shower only, large living area with huge terrace balcony overlooking the city and harbour.
The apartment has a full kitchen including European appliances, full sized refrigerator, oven, hotplates, microwave, coffee machine, utensils, cutlery & crockery. It also has full laundry facilities including washing machine and dryer. The living room has a dining table, lounge, flat screen TV.

The living room has either view of the NewQuay Marina, or views of the Docks to the west of Melbourne.

4th guest can be accommodated on a rollaway for an addition $30 for a child and $45 for an adult.
