All of our apartments are spacious and all have beautifully fitted interiors most with balconies. Every apartment is superbly furnished with all the facilities you would expect and deserve in a very special Private Collection Apartment. Our NewQuay & Watergate apartments offer a gymnasium and pool whilst our soho apartments at Digital Harbour do not offer pool or gym. At Digital Harbour we have meeting rooms available for the business traveller. As in the past, we will continue to personally escort every visitor staying in our apartments to their secured under cover car space and then to their beautiful apartment and en route we will explain all the features of the precinct and what the local area has to offer. From our perspective we consider this practice a very important time of your visit and we will advise you on everything available to make your stay most enjoyable.
Our office is located at Shop #7 LifeLab building, 198 Harbour Esplanade Docklands right at the soon to be constructed super tram stop. From our office/reception we can arrange for you a Melbourne Day tour, or a personalised Docklands’ Historical Tour. We will provide you with information on the wide range of activities and events around Melbourne. Maybe you might prefer to stay in, if so why not avail yourself with a DVD, a book or magazine all available and provided free of charge from our office to all of our guests.

We have 1br, 1br+, 2br Exec, 2br Deluxe & 3br Waterfront Apartments located at NewQuay. All of our apartments have LCD TV's, Foxtel channels, access to internet if requested. ALL OF OUR NEWQUAY APARTMENTS HAVE ACCESS TO GYMNASIUM & POOL. Parking is also available upon request at $10 per night.
Our NewQuay apartments are situated in the award winning "NewQuay precinct" with over 30 Bars & Restaurants to choose from. Close to Etihad Stadium, HarbourTown, easy access to Southern Cross Station, Free City Circle tram passes through NewQuay with easy transport to the Melbourne CBD, MCG, Rod Laver Arena, Flemington Racecourse, Aquarium and many of Melbourne's major attractions.
1 Bedroom Deluxe - Stylish apartments that allow you to be home whilst in the heart of Docklands! Everything at your doorstep as location is the key with this 1br deluxe apartment. 2 Bedroom 1Bath Exec - City/Harbour Views (2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, either 2xqueen or 1 queen & 1 double beds. - Enjoy a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom Water/City view apartment located in NewQuay precinct. Offering open plan kitchen/dining/lounge room with private balcony. Foxtel, access to outdoor heated pool & gym.
2 Bedroom 2Bath Deluxe City/Harbour or Garden - either 2 queen beds, 1 queen & 1 double or 1 queen and 2 single beds. One of our garden view apartments has a queen in the main, double in the 2nd bedroom with single bunk on top. This suits a lot of families - Featuring floor to ceiling glass views of Victoria Harbour, City, Bolte Bridge or in the case of the Conder building - a Garden View. 2 bedrooms 2 bathroom deluxe apartments offer a comfortable space for 2 couples or family! Private balcony. Foxtel and access to gym & pool. The Garden view apartments have access to indoor heated pool - the only one on offer here in Docklands!
3br 2 bathroom Waterfront Apartments - either 3 queen beds or queen/double/twin singles -views over the Marina & Victoria Harbour. We also have a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom City view. Openplan kitchen/dining/lounge room opening onto large private balcony with outdoor setting. Foxtel is included as well as access to gym & pool. On request we have a 3 br apartment with queen / queen and double sofa bed at $20 per night less than our 3 bedroom waterfront apartments - great value for a family or 3 couples.
Our Soho Apartments at Digital Harbour, Docklands
We have 1 bedroom sohos, 1 bedroom harbour view sohos ($20 per night extra on top of the 1br soho price) and 2 bedroom 2 bathroom deluxe sohos located at Digital Harbour. All of our apartments have LCD TV's, Foxtel channels, access to internet if requested. Secure indoor parking is available at $10 per night.
Exceptional Value without compromise! Our BRAND NEW soho apartments at Digital Harbour are situated opposite the NewQuay marina, on the city side, adjacent to Etihad Stadium - perfect position for guests who are in Melbourne to work in the city, easy access to all parts of Melbourne. The building is only 12 months old. The Free City Circle Tram passes the apartment building door. The building is only 7 stories high with easy lift access to and from the apartments. There is no gym or pool at Digital Harbour.
1 bedroom soho apartment - Ideal for the corporate traveller offering lounge/dining, small private balcony with limited northern city views, full kitchen including dishwasher, full laundry with washing machine and dryer. LCD TV including Foxtel, DVD etc. The soho apartments have ample space for an extra single/queen bed for 1 or 2 children, or for an extra adult, so for the economical stay in Melbourne, the new one bedroom soho apartments are perfect, but do not expect the wonderful views that you get from our NewQuay or Watergate apartments. If you come for a holiday in the summer and you want to bathe in a pool, soho is not for you. They are ideal for the traveller who is here on business or travellers who want to have a great base and sightsee around Melbourne.
1 bedroom harbour view soho apartment - a magical view down the NewQuay marina from the french balcony of these one bedroom apartments. Larger than the 1 bedroom soho, ample space for an extra bed for 1 or 2 children or extra adult. We do not have this apartment on our website, it has to be requested. Full price sohos booked on this website will possibly be upgraded to the harbour view soho.
2 bedroom 2 bathroom soho apartment - probably the most spacious of the 2 bedroom apartments in Docklands. Huge open lounge/kitchen/dining, 2 large bedrooms with private balconies from each bedroom. The view is to the north/east of Melbourne.
