Docklands Private Collection of Apartments

We invite all apartment owners at Docklands or Melbourne City to contact us and discuss our concept.

Back in 2002 we established DSA and we introduced a scheme that gave the owners excellent financial returns from their apartment, as well as the opportunity to enjoy their apartment as well as often as they chose.  This worked so successfully, it wasn't long before we had a business involving over 200 apartments.

We are confident now, as we were then, that in this difficult financial climate we will return to apartment owners joining us a sum in excess of what would be achieved through a normal rental.
