About Docklands Private Collection
Lyn & Peter Kelly have lived in Docklands since 21 December 2001 and were in fact one of three families who moved into Docklands' first apartment tower, The Arkley, on that important day. We started Club NewQuay, which was a service for residents at the time and managed this facility until November 2005 when MAB purchased our business which by then incorporated a thriving serviced apartment business known as Docklands Serviced Apartments.
After three years of not being able to operate a like business, we both realized how much we had missed running one of Docklands' best known small businesses. DSA was such an important part of the Docklands’ growth in the early days, especially in the NewQuay area.
We have always been very passionate Docklands’ residents and business owners and have enjoyed being part of the unbelievable growth that has occurred in not quite 8 fantastic years.
It is our wish to again put something back into the area and one of our ideas is to provide historical information tours of Docklands - something we had always wanted to provide with DSA. From records and stories now available to us, we would like to offer tours incorporating the history and future dreams of what has, and will in the future, happen in Docklands.

We will only take the cost of 1 night from your credit card with the balance due at check in. Full confirmation will be sent to you with directions of how to check-in etc. If you make a mistake do not concern yourself just send an email to advise that. The deposit taken will be fully refunded if cancellation is made more than 72 hours from arrival.
