We personally escort every visitor staying in our apartments to their secured under cover car space and then to their beautiful apartment and en route we will explain all the features of the precinct and what the local area has to offer. From our perspective we consider this practice a very important time of your visit and we will advise you on everything available to make your stay most enjoyable. Our office is located at Shop #7 LifeLab building, 198 Harbour Esplanade Docklands right at the tram stop. From our office reception we can arrange Day Tours, or a personalised Docklands Historical Tour as well as provide you with information on the wide range of activities and events around Melbourne. We have a range of DVD's, books and magazines available free of charge from our office for our guests. Please note that Docklands Private Collection of Apartments has a STRICT "NO PARTY" POLICY. The Free City Circle tram passes through NewQuay with easy transport to the Melbourne CBD, MCG, Rod Laver Arena, Flemington Racecourse, Melbourne Aquarium and many of Melbourne’s major attractions. The apartment has a queen bed in the bedroom, a small separate study with a desk, separate bathroom with shower only, large living area with huge terrace balcony. The apartment has a full kitchen including European appliances, full sized refrigerator, oven, hotplates, microwave, utensils, cutlery & crockery. It also has full laundry facilities including washing machine and dryer. The living room has a dining table, lounge, flat screen TV, Foxtel. This apartment has an additional TV in the bedroom. Two Bedrooms 1 Bathroom Executive Apartment The apartments have 2 separate bedrooms usually with a queen bed in one and a double bed in the 2nd bedroom. We do have one of these apartments with a King split bed (2 singles) and a double bed. These apartments have a full kitchen including European appliances, full sized refrigerator, oven, hotplates, microwave, utensils, cutlery & crockery. They also have a full laundry including washing machine and dryer. Open plan living and dining area with dining table, lounge, flat screen TV, DVD and Foxtel. This living area opens onto a private balcony with city and/or water views. Undercover secure car parking is available at $10 per night. Rate is for 4 guests in existing bedding. Two Bedrooms 2 Bathrooms Deluxe Apartments with City / Water Views Our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom deluxe apartments have separate bedrooms with master bedroom with Queen bed or King split bed (can be 2 singles) and ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom usually has a double bed. We do have a couple of these apartments with 2 queen beds. One of the spectacular garden view apartments has a queen bed in the main bedroom with ensuite, double bed in the 2nd bedroom with a single bunk on top. The apartment has full kitchen facilities including European appliances, full sized refrigerator, oven, hot plates, microwave, utensils, cutlery & crockery. It also has a full laundry including a washing machine and dryer. Open plan living & dining area with dining table, lounge, flatscreen TV, DVD, Foxtel. The living area opens onto a private balcony with city and/or water views and the garden view apartment has a spectacular garden with views from the garden. Rate is for 4 guests in existing bedding. Two Bedrooms 2 Bathrooms Harbour View VIP apartment Our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Harbour View VIP apartment is a very special apartment. This apartment was a 3 bedroom deluxe apartment remodelled by the owners to a 2 bedroom apartment, thereby offering a huge living area with spectacular views of the city, the NewQuay Marina and the harbour. The separate bedrooms have one King split bed and one Queen split bed offering great flexibility for our guests. The apartment has full kitchen facilities including European appliances, full sized refrigerator, oven, hot plates, microwave, utensils, cutlery & crockery. It also has a full laundry including a washing machine and dryer. Openplan living & dining area with dining table, lounge, flatscreen TV, DVD, Foxtel. Rate is for 4 guests in existing bedding. Some have Queen, double and twin single beds. Some have King split (can be twin singles) queen and double and we even have the ability to have 4 singles and a queen – this is on a request basis only. The apartment has full kitchen facilities including European appliances, full sized refrigerator, oven, hot plates, microwave, utensils, cutlery and crockery. Full laundry facilities including a washing machine and dryer. Large open-plan lounge/living area, dining table, lounge, which opens onto a private balcony with spectacular views of the city and marina. Rate is for 6 guests including existing bedding, a 7th guest can be accommodated on a rollaway bed for an additional $49 per night or a child at $35 per night. There is no gym or pool in the Digital Harbour soho building. We have the following apartments at Digital Harbour – 1 bedroom soho apartment. Ideal for the corporate traveller offering lounge/dining, most have small private balcony with limited north of the city views. There is a building close by, however you can have fresh air from the small balcony. The apartments have full kitchen including dishwasher, full laundry with washing machine and dryer. LCD TV including Foxtel and DVD. The soho apartments offer a queen bed in the bedroom (some have queen split beds so can be 2 singles however they are fairly small singles). Some of the sohos have a great deal of space for an extra bed for a 3rd guest. And also some have a sofabed for a minimal charge for the extra person. 1
bedroom soho apartment with marina view Same as above, however with French balcony overlooking the NewQuay marina. 2 bedroom 2 bathroom soho apartment. Probably the most spacious of the 2 bedroom apartments in Docklands. Huge open lounge/kitchen/dining area, corner apartmen with 2 large bedrooms each with private balconies.
